Breast Augmentation

This patient desired breast implants but she strongly wanted to avoid a scar on her breasts. Because of concerns regarding long term silicone safety and need for active monitoring for silent rupture, she chose the IDEAL implant for her procedure. Dr. Rapaport placed 250cc implants into both breasts through the endoscopic, underarm approach.
